Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka Inaugurates Power Substations Worth Rs.376.25 Crore, Lays Foundation for Rs.155 Crore Erravalli Project

Deputy CM Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka inaugurated electricity substations worth Rs.376.25 crore in Jogulamba Gadwal district and laid the foundation for a Rs.155 crore 220/132/33 KV substation at Erravalli, reaffirming the Telangana government's commitment to uninterrupted power supply.

Jogulamba Gadwal, Telangana: Telangana Deputy Chief Minister and Power Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka on Tuesday inaugurated electricity substations worth Rs.376.25 crore across Jogulamba Gadwal district and laid the foundation stone for a 220/132/33 KV power substation at Erravalli to be built at a cost of Rs.155 crore. The Deputy Chief Minister said the Telangana government is constructing a large number of substations across the state with the goal of providing quality and uninterrupted power supply.

Deputy CM Highlights Goal of Quality and Uninterrupted Power Supply

Deputy Chief Minister and Power Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka stated that the state government is committed to ensuring quality and uninterrupted electricity supply by establishing power substations on a large scale across Telangana.

He arrived by helicopter at the helipad near Shantinagar in Vaddapalli Mandal, where he and other guests were welcomed by District Collector Rizwan Basha Shaik, Superintendent of Police Srinivasa Rao, local public representatives, and other officials. They were greeted with bouquets, saplings, and traditional shawls.

33/11 KV Substations Inaugurated in Alampur Constituency

The Deputy Chief Minister travelled by road to Julekal village and, along with Excise, Tourism, Culture and Archaeology Minister Jupally Krishna Rao and Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Sports Minister Vakiti Srihari, inaugurated the newly constructed 33/11 KV electricity substations at:

  • Julekal
  • Pacharla
  • Pullur
  • Medikonda

These substations are located in the Alampur Assembly Constituency.

Foundation Stone Laid for Rs.155 Crore Erravalli Power Substation

The deputy Chief minister also laid the foundation stone for the construction of a 220/132/33 KV electricity substation at Erravalli Mandal headquarters. The project will be built with an investment of Rs.155 crore.

During the programme, transformers were distributed to several farmers.

Later, ministers and public representatives addressed a public meeting held nearby. It was announced that electricity substations worth Rs.376.25 crore were inaugurated across Jogulamba Gadwal district on Tuesday.
