MANUU hosts Virtual Quiz Competition
According to Dr Jarrar Ahmad, coordinator competition, 398 students had registered for the competition and 82 participants have qualified the preliminary round from which 50 entered the second round.
Hyderabad: Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU) has conducted an online Quiz Competition as part of the Azad Day Celebrations 2021. The preliminary round of the competition was held on November 03 through Google form.
According to Dr Jarrar Ahmad, coordinator competition, 398 students had registered for the competition and 82 participants have qualified the preliminary round from which 50 entered the second round.
From the second round, top ten contestants have been selected for the final round of competition which is scheduled to be held on November 05 through Google Meet. Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 performers and certificates will be issued to all the participants.
Dr. Abu Shaheem, Associate Professor, Department of Urdu and Mr. Meraj Ahmad, Assistant Professor, Department of Mass Communication and Journalism were the Judges. Dr. Talha Farhan, Dr. Mohd. Akbar, Dr. Shaista Parveen, Ms. Saba Khatoon, Mr. Jahangeer Alam, Dr. Ehteshamuddin, Mr. Habeeb Ahmed, Dr. Zubair Ahmed and other Quiz Committee members were present.
