Hyderabad: In a major action against habitual criminals, the Hyderabad City Police has invoked the Preventive Detention (PD) Act against Idrees Ali Khan @ Idrees Khan, son of Raoof Khan, aged 23 years, a resident of Jalalkuncha, Hussainialam, Hyderabad. The accused, a rowdy sheeter of Hussainialam Police Station, was detained due to his alleged repeated involvement in serious criminal activities that disturbed public peace and order.

Subsequently, the Preventive Detention Order was executed on 16.06.2026, and the accused was shifted to Central Prison, Chanchalguda, Hyderabad.
