Ready to Contest in Lok Sabha Elections: Raja Singh

BJP MLA Raja Singh today expressed his willingness to contest as an MP in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections if the party high command asks him to do so.

Hyderabad: BJP MLA Raja Singh today expressed his willingness to contest as an MP in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections if the party high command asks him to do so.

Speaking to media persons, he said CM Revanth Reddy should make it clear as to how the promises made by his party would be implemented. “The previous CM KCR had turned the State into debt-ridden. Will the funds be brought in from Italy? Whether they will be brought from the Congress party office,” he asked.

Commenting on the appointment of the next BJLP leader, he said their party would decide as to who will be the floor leader of the assembly and added that the responsibility would be given to a good person. He said irrespective of the floor leader, he said all the eight MLAs of the party would work together.

On his comments over collapse of the Congress party government, he claimed that he didn’t say that he would bring down the State government and asked the ruling party leaders to file cases against themselves instead of the BJP leaders.

He reiterated his claims that the Congress, MIM and BRS parties were one and the same. He said they kept their word of not taking the oath as MLA in the State assembly before MIM party MLA Akbaruddin Owaisi.
