Kamareddy (Telangana): Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah confidently predicted that Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) President A Revanth Reddy will secure a resounding victory against Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao (KCR) here.

Speaking at a public meeting during Revanth Reddy’s nomination program on Friday, Siddaramaiah asserted that Revanth Reddy will emerge victorious in both Kondangal and Kamareddy, triumphing over CM KCR.

He criticized the prevalence of corruption during CM KCR’s 10-year regime and expressed concern that KCR is attempting to retain power. Siddaramaiah noted that the people of Telangana have already decided to defeat CM KCR, eagerly awaiting the opportunity to send him back with their votes.

Siddaramaiah refuted CM KCR’s claim that the five guarantees promised by Congress were not implemented in Karnataka. He invited CM KCR to visit Karnataka and verify the implementation. Siddaramaiah assured that the Telangana Congress, once in power, would fulfill six guarantees within the first 100 days.

The Karnataka CM declared that the BJP’s influence in Telangana is diminishing, predicting the party will secure only 4-5 seats. He emphasized that the BJP would lose deposits even with the Prime Minister campaigning in Telangana, comparing it to their unsuccessful campaign during the assembly elections in Karnataka. Siddaramaiah accused PM Modi of being a liar and criticized the weakening financial condition of India under the Modi regime.

A Backward Class declaration announced during the meeting. The declaration stated that a Residential School would be established in every mandal, along with the creation of a separate Ministry for BCs and the allocation of 42 percent reservations in local bodies.
