Hyderabad: Dr Gregory Stanton, President Genocide Watch has warned of an impending genocide of Muslims in India. Hence, he is leading an effort to organise first ever India Genocide Summit. Genocide Watch founder will organize India Genocide Summit 2022, from 26 to 28 February 2002.
The summit with the theme, ‘India On The Brink _ Preventing Genocide’ will be participated by 20 diaspora organisations. The summit will comprise of 16 panels and fireside conversations. 52 speakers from across the world will share their views during the Summit.
Speakers of the summit include Yvonne Ridley, Ayesha Renna, Teesta Setalvad, Safoora Zargar, SQR Ilyas, Kancha Illaiah and others.
The Indian American Muslim Council on its official twitter handle states: “Genocide Watch founder Dr. Gregory Stanton predicted Rwandan genocide years before it took place. Now, he has warned of an impending genocide of Muslims in India. And that is why Dr. Stanton led an effort with 20 diaspora orgs to organize first-ever #IndiaGenocideSummit2022”
