TCEI, TEFA Celebrate International Yoga Day 2026 at NITHM Hyderabad

NITHM Director Prof. V. Venkata Ramana attended the event as the chief guest. The programme included yoga sessions conducted by Neha Shukla, along with meditation and breathwork sessions led by Vivek Depalle.

Hyderabad: Members of the Telangana Chamber of Events Industry (TCEI) and the Telangana Event Facilitators Association (TEFA) celebrated International Yoga Day 2026 with a special yoga session at the National Institute of Tourism and Hospitality Management (NITHM) in Gachibowli, Hyderabad, on Sunday.

NITHM Director Prof. V. Venkata Ramana attended the event as the chief guest. The programme included yoga sessions conducted by Neha Shukla, along with meditation and breathwork sessions led by Vivek Depalle.

Speaking on the occasion, TCEI and TEFA office-bearers highlighted the importance of physical fitness, mental well-being and mindfulness in the events industry. They stressed that wellness and community engagement play a vital role in building a stronger, healthier and more resilient professional community.

The event was attended by TCEI President Balaram Babu, General Secretary Ravi Bura, Treasurer Toufiq Khan, Vice President Venkatesh, TEFA President Kumar Raja, Convenor Azmath Ali and Co-Convenor Jigna Mehta, along with members of both organisations.
