Hyderabad: Minister for Revenue, Housing, and Information & Public Relations Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy has directed officials to complete the identification of beneficiaries and allocation of all incomplete 2BHK houses across Telangana by the end of May. Reviewing matters at the Housing Corporation headquarters with officials from the erstwhile Medak and Karimnagar districts, the Minister ordered faster completion, strict action on irregularities, and ongoing monitoring of implementation.

- Complete all incomplete 2BHK houses across the state by May-end
- Finish houses in final stages of construction at the earliest
- Provide additional financial support up to ₹5 lakh under the Indiramma Housing Scheme, after adjusting already incurred expenditure
If contractors fail to complete work:
- Beneficiaries will be allowed to construct houses themselves
- Funds will be released through a green channel mechanism

The Minister directed:
- Immediate removal of ineligible beneficiaries

Strict Action Against Corruption and Irregularities

- No compromise on irregularities in bill payments

Indiramma Housing Scheme and Eligibility Criteria
Aligned with the vision of Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, the Indiramma Housing Scheme aims to provide housing to the poor.

- No restriction based on application submission date

- 40 tonnes of sand free of cost for construction

- Use of modern technology to clearly demarcate boundaries
Reforms are also underway in the:
- Survey, Settlement, and Land Records Department to ensure transparency
No New Revenue Divisions, Infrastructure Expansion Planned
The Minister clarified:
- No proposal to create new revenue divisions or mandals
However:
- Sub-Registrar offices, MRO, and RDO offices will be built in all district and constituency headquarters
- Collectors must submit proposals

Minister D. Sridhar Babu stated:
- The Indiramma Housing Scheme is a flagship programme
- All sanctioned houses must be grounded and completed

- A 30 kW rooftop solar power plant at the Housing Corporation headquarters
