Hyderabad: An infant died when a building collapsed in Om Nagar of Rehmat Nagar Division due to strong winds and heavy rain in Hyderabad city on Tuesday night.
According to sources, there was a tin shed house adjacent to a 4 storied building in which the husband and wife were sleeping with their two small children. Suddenly the debris of the building fell on their house.
Srikant, who hails from Narayan Khed, along with his wife and two young children, has been living in Om Nagar for the past few years as a laborer.
Due to heavy rain and stormy winds in the night, debris fell from the four-storey building. As a result, 8-month-old Jeonka died. While the parents were slightly injured.
