Telangana Olympic Association Fills Co-opted Positions at Annual General Body Meeting
The Telangana Olympic Association (TOA) conducted its Annual General Body Meeting today at the Hyderabad Boat Club. The meeting was held under the chairmanship of Mr. S.R. Premraj, with Mr. C. Baburao, General Secretary, and Mr. Shivshankar Tumkur, Treasurer, in attendance.
HYDERABAD: The Telangana Olympic Association (TOA) conducted its Annual General Body Meeting today at the Hyderabad Boat Club. The meeting was held under the chairmanship of Mr. S.R. Premraj, with Mr. C. Baburao, General Secretary, and Mr. Shivshankar Tumkur, Treasurer, in attendance.
During the session, the house focused on strengthening the association’s leadership to better serve the sporting community in the state. Following a collaborative discussion, the General Body unanimously elected the following individuals to co-opted positions:

Mr. K. Suresh Kumar – Vice President
Mr. Vijender Singh – Joint Secretary
Mr. Surender Joseph – Executive Member
The leadership team, led by Mr. Premraj, Mr. Baburao, and Mr. Tumkur, congratulated the new appointees. They emphasized that these appointments will bolster the association’s efforts to improve sports administration and athlete welfare across Telangana.
The newly elected members expressed their commitment to working closely with the executive committee to promote the Olympic spirit and enhance the state’s performance in upcoming national and international arenas.
