During the checking drive carried out by Chandrayangutta police, officials found a person transporting a snake on a motorcycle. Police stopped the individual, shifted him to the police station and later handed over the snake to the Forest Department.

According to police officials, the surprise checking drive was conducted at MBNR X Road keeping in view the upcoming Hyderabad visit of Prime Minister Narendra Modi on May 10.
Officials stated that a major programme is scheduled to be held at Secunderabad Parade Ground as part of the Prime Minister’s visit.
Police said the checking operation was aimed at ensuring that no disturbance affects the upcoming programmes in the city.
Snake Found on Motorcycle During Police Checking
During the inspection drive, police reportedly noticed a man carrying a snake on his motorcycle.
Officials immediately stopped the individual and shifted him to the police station for questioning.
According to police, the snake was later handed over to Forest Department officials.
