Supreme Court Stays Tree Cutting Around KBR Park Hyderabad, Hearing Adjourned to July 27

Senior Advocate K. Vivek Reddy Raises Concerns in Supreme Court

Senior advocate K. Vivek Reddy informed the Supreme Court that the government may reduce the extent of the eco-sensitive zone and may use the High Court vacation period to cut trees in the area surrounding KBR Park.

The senior advocate raised these concerns during the hearing before the Supreme Court regarding the protection of trees and the eco-sensitive zone near KBR Park.

Supreme Court Stay on KBR Park Tree Cutting Till Next Hearing

The Supreme Court specifically directed that no trees should be cut in the 25 to 30-meter eco-sensitive zone around KBR Park until the next date of hearing on July 27.

The order comes amid concerns regarding environmental protection and preservation of greenery around the KBR Park area in Hyderabad.
