Dedicated Covid-19 Testing Booths at Hyd International Airport
According to the statement issued by GHIAL, the authorities have also arranged pre-booking process for the passengers, who can also pre-book the test before the arrival.
Hyderabad: As per the fresh travel advisory given by the Central government in the wake of the rise in cases of coronavirus and the Omicron strain, the Hyderabad International Airport Authorities has arranged dedicated Covid-19 testing booths at the International Arrival Hall, thermal scanners at all arrival gates. All the passengers have to go through the thermal screening process upon arrival at the airport.
According to the statement issued by GMR Hyderabad International Airport Ltd., (GHIAL), the authorities have also arranged pre-booking process for the passengers, who can also pre-book the test before the arrival.

The authorities have set up dedicated counters for passengers who have pre-booked their RT-PCR/Rapid PCR test. There will be dedicated queues for these passengers.
The other arrangements include a dedicated waiting area with adequate seating arrangements for the arrival passengers and facilities of Forex Exchange, payment counters and additional waiting area with necessary facilities for passengers with reduced mobility and Passenger Service Associates to help with documentation check during arrivals.
