Hyderabad: Heavy rain is likely to occur at isolated places in Mancherial, Karimnagar, Peddapalli, Jayashankar Bhupalpally and Mulugu districts of Telangana during the next 24 hours, Meteorological Centre said on Friday.
In a bulletin here, it said that the same situation is likely to prevail in Adilabad, Komaram Bheem Asifabad, Mancherial districts of the state on August 20.
Thunderstorm accompanied with lightning and gusty winds ranging from 30-40 kmph is likely to occur at isolated places in few districts of Telangana during the next 48 hours.
Light to moderate rain or thundershowers is likely to occur at a few places in the state during the next five days.
Southwest monsoon has been weak in Telangana during the last 24 hours.
Rain occurred at isolated places in the state during the same period, the bulletin added.
