Here is why Harish Rao suspended a doctor?

Hyderabad: Minister for Medical, Health and Family Welfare and Finance T. Harish Rao conducted a surprise inspection at the Kondapur Area Hospital, Hyderabad, today morning. He went to the hospital and inquired about the medical services being provided to the patients.
During his visit, some people called the Minister and complained that Dr. Murthy was demanding money for a certificate to be issued for obtaining the driving license and fitness certificate.
Harish Rao took up the matter on the spot. Dr. Murthy was suspended. The Minister warned that stern action would be taken if such incidents were repeated.
The Minister has inspected the gynecology ward, he stressed for regular scanning examinations to the pregnant women in gynecology wards. He also promised to send two more ultrasound machines.
However, the Minister expressed satisfaction that in this hospital more than 60 per cent are normal deliveries. He suggested that this number should be further increased.
