HMRL unveils first “Metro Bazar”
HMRL has provided the space to WomENvision at a no-cost basis for this engagement initially.
Hyderabad: Addl. DGP, Women Safety Wing, SHE teams & Bharosa, Swati Lakra has unveils the first “Metro Bazar” at Ameerpet Metro Rail Station” for 15 days, organised in partnership with Women Envision Council for Entrepreneurship, (WomENvision) a company working towards empowering women entrepreneurs, in order to promote women entrepreneurship.
HMRL has provided the space to WomENvision at a no-cost basis for this engagement initially.
Speaking on this Occasion, Swati Lakra along with the MD, HMRL NVS Reddy, MD & CEO, L&TMRHL KVB Reddy expressed happiness that the women entrepreneurs is coming forward and setting up their stalls, (about 14 stalls has been established) this will be showcasing their products at the Metro Bazar.
She said she has visited all the 14 stalls, the products are made in home and comparing to the market, the products rates are very cheap raining from apparels and artworks to beauty and herbal products among many others.
The Addl. DGP has also praised the HMRL for providing space to encourage the women entrepreneurs and also appreciated the decision of HMRL to allow the conduct such Bazars in other stations one after another.
KVB Reddy said that we are happy to launch Metro Bazar, which is in line without consistent effort to elevate the passenger experience.
We are glad that WomEnvision is partnering with us for the first edition of Metro Bazar which will help in empowering women to be financially independent.
