Hyd: Passing out parade held for CISF trainees at NISA (rpt, correcting para two)

Passing out Parade Of the 17th batch AC/Exe (LICE) and 8th Batch Sub-Inspector/Executive (Ex-Servicemen) trainees was held at the National Industrial Security Academy (NISA), CISF Hakimpet, Hyderabad.

Hyderabad: Passing out Parade Of the 17th batch AC/Exe (LICE) and 8th Batch Sub-Inspector/Executive (Ex-Servicemen) trainees was held at the National Industrial Security Academy (NISA), CISF Hakimpet, Hyderabad.

This colourful and vibrant ceremony marked a significant milestone for 29 trainee officers, including two female and 17 male Sub Inspectors. It celebrated the culmination of rigorous training and was a proud moment for the trainee officers and sub-officers as they prepared to serve in their new roles.

The chief guest for the occasion, K Sunil Emmanuel, Inspector General and Director of NISA, highlighted the importance of this achievement and acknowledged the hard work of the trainees. Senior CISF officers and the families of the trainees were also present to witness the event.

The passing-out contingents included 27 male Assistant Commandants, two female Assistant Commandants, and 17 male Sub Inspectors/Executives who completed comprehensive training.

Their curriculum covered indoor disciplines such as Industrial Security Management, Soft Skills, Aviation Security, Disaster Management, VIP Security, and Leadership, along with outdoor activities like Urban Tactics, Jungle Warfare, and Weapon Training with the latest firearms.

These batches underwent Competency-Based Training (CBT), a pioneering approach that strengthens their preparedness for diverse field roles. The successful implementation of CBT reinforces NISA’s commitment to producing highly competent officers ready for field challenges.

The chief guest awarded trophies to outstanding performers. Assistant Commandant Rammurthy Kaundal received the Best Indoor, Best Outdoor, and All-Round Best trophies, while Sub Inspector/Executive Yogesh Sharma secured the All-Round Best trophy among his batch.

The chief guest expressed pride in witnessing the officers’ journey and encouraged them to face upcoming challenges with confidence and professionalism.
