Her father, Akeel, alleged that accused Deepu told the girl that her mother wanted to see her.
Believing him, the girl reportedly accompanied Deepu to a house in Hammalipura.
The family alleged that once the girl realised it was a trap and attempted to flee, Deepu and his associates dragged her inside the house and gagged her mouth.
Victim Allegedly Held Hostage for Nearly Three Days
According to the allegations made by the family, the girl was held hostage for nearly three days.
During this period, the victim was allegedly forced to consume alcohol, after which she became unconscious.
The family further alleged that the accused repeatedly sexually assaulted the minor girl during her captivity.

The victim’s family also alleged that the accused applied sindoor on the girl’s forehead and placed a toe ring on her feet.
According to the report, these are considered sacred symbols of a newly married Hindu woman.
