Varanasi: An FIR has been registered against a teacher, the principal, and the management of Sareen Soni Play School in Pandeypur, Varanasi, after a five-year-old nursery student was allegedly branded with a heated knife on his private parts. The child’s father, Kesari Jaiswal, accused teacher Preeti Kushwaha of causing the injury after the boy allegedly urinated in his trousers when he was denied permission to use the washroom. The matter reached the police after the family alleged that no action was taken by the school management.

Father Alleges Child Was Branded with Heated Knife
According to Kesari Jaiswal, his son returned home on July 24 complaining of pain in his private parts.
Jaiswal alleged that teacher Preeti Kushwaha inflicted the injury after the child urinated in his trousers because he was allegedly denied permission to use the washroom.
As per the complaint, the teacher allegedly took the child to another room, heated a knife on a gas stove, and used it to burn his private parts.

Family Approached School Before Going to Police
Kesari Jaiswal said that on July 25, he, along with his wife and son, approached the school principal and the management to lodge a complaint.
However, he alleged that no action was taken by the school.
Following this, he approached the police, after which an FIR was registered.

Police confirmed that an FIR has been registered against the teacher, the principal, and the school management.
