One Billion Vaccines and Celebration of Modi Government!!

Hyderabad: India set a new record in the field of Covid vaccination by crossing a new milestone two days ago, on October 21. It cannot be called a world record because China is two steps ahead of us in this matter like other matters. In other words, the target of giving 100 Crore vaccines was met in June alone there.

The Covid outbreak has twice wreaked havoc in the country. While this catastrophe claimed the lives of lakhs of people, it left millions unemployed. Unorganized lockdowns have broken the backs of the poor and the backbone of the country’s economy. The Modi government has been announcing packages on packages but no one knows where the money was spent under these financial packages same like the PM Care Fund.

It would not be out of place to describe the time spent during the deadly Covid pandemic as one of the most critical times in the country. The busiest community at this critical juncture was the doctors, nurses, government and private medical staff and scientists who left no stone unturned in the service of humanity.

The medical community has the biggest role to play in getting the country out of the grip of the Coronavirus, but Prime Minister Narendra Modi, as always, was quick to take credit here and as soon as the 100 Crore vaccination target was completed, his government started celebration.

His pictures and videos started circulating everywhere. Only pictures of Narendra Modi were showed on television, social media and newspapers as he reached a hospital on the occasion of the completion of the target where a photo session was held as usual and his pictures went viral on social media. People felt as if this feat had been performed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

The credit for this feat goes solely to the medical community. It goes to the scientists who worked day and night to invent the vaccine. Credit should be given to doctors who have served patients day and night and, in collaboration with scientists, have provided them with useful feedback from time to time to facilitate vaccine development. Vaccine companies and their employees should be commended for what they deserve.

The credit for this feat should also go to the tens of millions of nurses and ward boys and cleaners who served the Coronavirus patients day and night risking their lives. During the lockdown, municipal workers ensured cleanliness on the streets, pharmacies, health centers and other medical centers. Therefore, they should be credited for setting this milestone.

Doesn’t Prime Minister Narendra Modi know all this? He knows. Despite knowing everything, he is compelled to take credit for this deed and beat the drum because his party runs on TRP and marketing. Even if they get TRP from lies and misrepresentation?

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is trying to take credit for this tremendous achievement of the scientists and the medical community and he is largely successful in this thanks to the BJP IT Cell and mercenary media. If so, then Prime Minister Narendra Modi should also accept responsibility for the deaths caused by the Coronavirus. Experts were shouting that a second wave was coming but he was busy with the West Bengal elections. He was busy gathering the crowd and chanting Didi O Didi slogans but the other side the situation got out of control.

Narendra Modi had time. He had 6 to 8 months between the first wave and the second wave. He could have done a lot during this time but he was only worried about the Bengal Assembly elections. As a result, they didn’t got Bengal, but the second wave of the Covid took the whole country by storm. The second lockdown was imposed for several weeks by putting pressure on the states as the Center had broken the back of the economy by enforcing the first lockdown on its own and once again by imposing a nationwide lockdown, Narendra Modi was not ready to tarnish his own image again.

People have not been able to forget the catastrophe caused by the second wave. Patients were not getting beds in hospitals and those who got beds did not get oxygen. Abroad, especially the Muslim countries of the Gulf, extended their cooperation and sent tons of oxygen. They even sent cryogenic trucks to transport oxygen inland. The shores of the Ganges to the Narmada were littered with corpses. When the people did not get the facility of last rites, thousands of dead bodies were dumped in the Ganges and the other rivers.

Does Narendra Modi remember all this? Who will take credit for all this? There is a picture of him on the certificate of Covid vaccine, so is there a picture of Modi smiling on the death certificates of those who died of Coronavirus? Modiji people are asking, who will take credit for all this?
