Tel Aviv: Israel has decided to allow Muslims to enter the Al-Aqsa Mosque during the beginning of Ramadan this year, following the pattern of previous years.
According to international news agencies, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated that, similar to previous years, a significant number of Muslim worshippers will be allowed to visit the Al-Aqsa Mosque during the first week of Ramadan.
Reports suggest that the same number of worshippers as in previous years will be permitted to enter the Al-Aqsa Mosque during the first week of Ramadan.
Foreign media reports that the security situation will be assessed weekly, and decisions will be made accordingly. It is evident that a large number of Muslims visit the Al-Aqsa Mosque during Ramadan every year.
On the other hand, Israeli aggression in Gaza remains unabated, with Israel continuing to perpetrate new examples of oppression and violence since the war.
The Israeli military targeted hospitals and refugee camps in addition to civilian populations in Gaza. During the bombing of a mosque in Jabalia, five Palestinians were killed, including children.
According to reports, dozens of Palestinians were severely injured in attacks on Beit Lahia refugee camp, while 34 Palestinians were martyred in firing on other refugee camps. In Khan Yunis, one family lost 17 members in an airstrike.
Israeli forces martyred a 16-year-old youth in Nablus, bringing the total number of martyrs to over 30,717 and over 72,000 wounded.
