Hyderabad/Kusumanchi: In a major step towards resolving land disputes in Telangana, the state government has successfully completed the first land registration with a survey map in Kusumanchi mandal under the Integrated Bhu Bharati Portal.

State Minister for Revenue, Housing, and Information & Public Relations, Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy, said that this initiative ensures permanent assurance for land ownership rights by linking survey maps and unique Bhoodhar numbers with land registrations.
Details of First Land Registration with Survey Map
The landmark transaction involved:
- Farmer: Bhagham Kishan Rao from Muttapuram village, Nelakondapalli mandal
- Buyer: Katta Venkateswara Rao
- Land Area: 1 acre and 4 guntas
- Survey Number: 156/E/1
- Location: Gattu Singaram revenue village
- Registration Office: Kusumanchi Tahsildar office
The registration was completed by attaching a detailed boundary survey map, marking a significant shift in land documentation.
Bhoodhar Number and Survey Map Issued
As part of the new system:
