Telangana: VHP and Bajrang Dal organize Trishul Diksha program in Khemmam (Video)

Hyderabad: With the Lok Sabha elections looming, the RSS and its allied organizations have geared up in full force to ensure that BJP can emerge victorious in the country for the third consecutive time.

They are focusing more on states where there is less inclination towards sectarianism among the people. While they are busy trying to disrupt the environment in Karnataka, they are also active in spreading their influence in Telangana.

In pursuit of these efforts, Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) and Bajrang Dal organized a Trishul Diksha program in Khemmam district of Telangana on Sunday, February 11.

Shedding light on the purpose of the Trishul Diksha program, the President of VHP Telangana, Yadav Reddy, stated that the event aimed to create a conducive environment for Hindus, prevent cow slaughter, stop the destruction of temples, and halt the love jihad against Hindu women.

Emphasizing the significance of Trishul Diksha, he said that the ceremony would teach people to serve the nation throughout their lives. “We will establish Ram Rajya in Khemmam. Today, we waved the flag here, and we will wave it at other places too,” he added.

Speaking about the enthusiasm of people to join the event, he mentioned that many people from nearby villages are participating in VHP. He revealed that registrations have been done from nearly 500 villages, totaling approximately 6000 registrations.

It should be noted that such programs like Trishul Diksha are used by right-wing organizations to incite communal tensions, particularly targeting Muslims, through hate speeches and distributing tridents, seen as symbolic weapons for protecting their beliefs.

There is a possibility of an increase in such programs before the elections, which are often used to instill sectarianism in the minds of people, especially Hindus. These programs are frequently organized and prove effective in polarizing the masses before elections, particularly benefiting the right-wing.
