Tragic Day on AP Roads: 6 Killed in Separate Bus-Tractor Collision and Lorry Overturning Incidents

Simultaneously, in Gandepalli Mandal, a lorry went out of control, resulting in deaths of two individuals.
Four persons were killed and two others injured when the tractor was hit by a private bus at Kalluru village in Garladinne Mandal on Saturday.
Police said that a private bus hit the tractor killing four persons instantaneously.
The deceased were identified as Chinnayippayya (45), Sriramulu (45) Nagarjuna (30) and Srinivasulu (30).
The injured were admitted to Government General Hospital (GGH) where the condition of one person is said to be critical.
According to a report from Kakinada a driver and cleaner were killed on the spot when the lorry with fish load went out of control and overturned on the National Highway near Z.Ragampet in Gandepalli Mandal, 50 kms from here on Saturday.
Police said that due to the impact of the accident, the fish loaded ice boxes crashed into the lorry cabin crushing both the driver and cleaner.
The accident occurred when the lorry was on its way from Rajahmundry to Visakhapatnam.
The Gandepalli police who registered the case identified the deceased as Achireddi Rambabu and Repalle Gangadhara Rao.
Pending further investigation, the bodies were shifted to area hospital Peddapuram for conducting post-mortem, police added.
