Emergency Cabinet Sub-Committee Meeting Scheduled on May 19
As desired by the Hon’ble Chief Minister, an emergency meeting of the Cabinet Sub-Committee has been convened on 19.05.2026 at 5:00 PM to finalize the implementation modalities of the scheme.
The meeting will be chaired by Bhatti Vikramarka Mallu, Deputy Chief Minister and Minister for Finance & Planning and Energy.
Senior Telangana Ministers to Participate in Meeting
The Cabinet Sub-Committee meeting will also include:
- N. Uttam Kumar Reddy, Minister for I&CAD and Food & Civil Supplies, Member
- Duddilla Sridhar Babu, Minister for IT, Electronics & Communications, Industries & Commerce, and Legislative Affairs, Member
- Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy, Minister for Revenue, Housing, and Information & Public Relations, Member
The ministers will hold discussions with concerned officers and stakeholders regarding the successful implementation of the insurance scheme.
Discussions to Focus on Implementation Modalities
According to the government statement, the Cabinet Sub-Committee will discuss all operational and implementation-related aspects of the scheme with officials and stakeholders.
The objective is to finalize the modalities required for smooth and successful rollout of the Indiramma Kutumba Jeevitha Bima Padhakam across Telangana.
