Sridhar Babu, the Telangana government has expanded MeeSeva WhatsApp services by adding several new GHMC citizen services to the MeeSeva WhatsApp/Chatbot platform. Citizens can now access services including GHMC Property Assessment Revision, Birth Correction, Death Correction, Property Tax Services, and Trade License Renewal directly through WhatsApp using the official MeeSeva number 8096958096. The digital platform, launched on November 18, 2025, continues to witness strong public response across the state.

Telangana Government Expands MeeSeva WhatsApp Services
The Government of Telangana stated that MeeSeva continues to strengthen citizen-centric digital services to ensure greater convenience, accessibility, and transparency for people across the state.
MeeSeva, the state’s flagship digital service delivery platform, introduced the MeeSeva WhatsApp/Chatbot platform as an additional digital service channel on November 18, 2025.
The initiative was launched to provide seamless access to essential government services through WhatsApp.
The Electronic Service Delivery division of the Telangana government has now added more GHMC services to the platform.

Citizens can now access the following GHMC services instantly through WhatsApp:
- GHMC Property Assessment Revision
- GHMC Birth Correction
- GHMC Death Correction
- GHMC Birth at Home
- GHMC Death at Home
- GHMC Property Door Number Correction
- GHMC Property Name Correction
- GHMC Property Tax Services
- GHMC Trade License Renewal
Steps to Access GHMC Services on MeeSeva WhatsApp
The Telangana government described the process as simple, quick, and user-friendly.
Steps to use the MeeSeva WhatsApp services:
- Save the official MeeSeva WhatsApp number 8096958096
- Open WhatsApp and send “Hi” to start the MeeSeva Chatbot
- Type the service name such as:
- “GHMC Birth Correction”
- “GHMC Death Correction”
- Click on the “Open Service” option from the menu
- Enter the required details in the application form
- Complete payment for the selected service
After payment completion, the application is instantly submitted through WhatsApp.
MeeSeva WhatsApp Platform Receives Strong Public Response
According to the government, the MeeSeva WhatsApp/Chatbot platform has received remarkable public response since its launch on November 18, 2025.
Officials stated that the platform became one of the fastest-adopted digital public service channels in Telangana within days of launch.
