Police officials said the platform includes a special feature called “Sharing Network Analysis.”
Using this feature, authorities will be able to identify:
- Accounts repeatedly spreading provocative or sensitive content
- The pattern through which such content becomes viral on social media
Officials stated that the new technology has significantly reduced the time required to monitor cyber criminals and communal accounts online.
SOCEYE Detected 85 Hate Posts Linked to Puranapul X Road Incident
According to Hyderabad Police, the SOCEYE platform produced positive results even during its trial phase.
Police stated that the system identified:
- 85 hate and sensitive social media posts linked to the Puranapul X Road incident this year
- 126 sensitive posts related to the recent Gudimalkapur incident from various social media accounts
Officials said police later initiated action to remove those posts and also identified individuals allegedly spreading provocative content.
Intelligent Dashboard to Integrate Emergency and Intelligence Data
Police officials stated that another major feature of SOCEYE is its intelligent dashboard.
The dashboard will provide access to:
- Dial 100 calls
- Intelligence alerts
- Information on major events taking place in the city
- Field reports
All these details will be available on a single screen for faster monitoring and response.
According to police officials, this system will help improve coordination between departments and ensure quick action during emergencies.
AI-Based Public Complaint Monitoring System Introduced
SOCEYE also includes an AI-based public grievance monitoring mechanism.
Police stated that complaints received through the official social media accounts of Hyderabad City Police will be:
- Automatically registered by AI
- Issued a tracking number
- Monitored until resolution
Officials said the system will also help identify recurring public complaints and sensitive locations more effectively.

The platform also includes advanced investigative tools such as:
