HYDRAA Launches Online Fire NOC Services, Applications and Renewals Now Fully Digital

HYDRAA has launched online Fire NOC services, allowing applications, renewals, fee payments, and certificate downloads online. The Telangana Government has expanded the services to the CURE region.

HYDRAA has launched a fully online Fire NOC service, enabling applicants to submit applications, obtain approvals, renew existing Fire NOCs, and pay fees online. HYDRAA Commissioner A.V. Ranganath inaugurated the online services on Monday, marking the beginning of a digital process that eliminates the need for applicants to visit the HYDRAA office.

HYDRAA Fire NOC Applications and Renewals Go Online

According to HYDRAA, the online system now covers:

  • Submission of Fire NOC applications
  • Grant of approvals
  • Renewal of existing Fire NOCs
  • Online payment of related fees

The online services were formally launched by HYDRAA Commissioner Sri A.V. Ranganath on Monday.

The launch programme was attended by:

  • Sri Varla Papayya, Additional Director, HYDRAA Fire Department
  • Sri Jayaprakash, RFO
  • Sri Y. Gautham, DFO
  • Sri S. Sridhar Reddy, DFO
  • Bachireddy, In-charge, IT Department

HYDRAA stated that applicants can visit the official portal by Clicking Here:

Applicants need to fill in the required information in the relevant fields on the website.

For both Fire NOCs and renewals, applicants must also upload all the required documents through the online portal.

HYDRAA Services Expanded Beyond GHMC

Earlier, HYDRAA used to issue Fire NOCs and renewals for non-high-rise buildings only within the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) limits.

The Telangana Government has now expanded HYDRAA’s services to the Core Urban Region Economy (CURE) area, which includes:

  • Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC)
  • Cyberabad Municipal Corporation (CMC)
  • Malkajgiri Municipal Corporation (MMC)

Field Verification Before Approval

HYDRAA stated that officials will conduct field inspections based on the information submitted online by applicants to verify whether the prescribed fire safety norms have been followed.

After verification, approvals will be granted, and the Fire NOC certificates will be uploaded online.

Applicants will be able to download their certificates directly from the online portal.

HYDRAA also clarified that applicants do not need to visit the HYDRAA office as the entire process has been made available online
