Recent Airtel network outage in Hyderabad led to frustration among users, triggering a surge of complaints on Twitter.

Hyderabad: Hyderabad finds itself in the grip of a widespread Airtel network outage, causing ripples of frustration and inconvenience among its users. This article dives into the deluge of complaints flooding Twitter, as users express their exasperation over disrupted services, emphasizing the impact of the situation on the city’s digital landscape.

Just under an hour ago, Irrfaan Abdul Azeem, a Hyderabad resident, took to his Twitter handle to share the unsettling news. He tweeted, “Hyderabad impacted with Airtel Outage @airtelindia. All of my near and dear who use Airtel are facing network glitches including calls not connecting.” This succinct message sheds light on the connectivity hitches that have become an unfortunate reality for Airtel users in the city.

Approximately an hour ago, Pramod Agarwal added his voice to the chorus of discontent. He tweeted, “@Airtel_Presence Airtel is facing outage issues in Hyderabad since afternoon today. Not able to make and receive calls, not able to use the internet. Rectify this at the earliest.” The urgency in his tweet echoes the collective sentiment of urgency among users.

Shashank Rai, a Twitter user from nine hours ago, unleashed his frustration in a strongly worded tweet. He lamented, “Totally fake👎 12 hrs gone to outage. But still not resolved. Pathetic in type B city, third-class services provided by Airtel. All are suffering because there’s no option to escalate issues.” His tweet reflects the impatience that comes with a prolonged network disruption.

Er Thiru, known by his Twitter handle KT_Dasan, posted a tweet merely 37 seconds ago, expressing dissatisfaction with Airtel’s service quality. He wrote, “Poor service by @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia. Poor signal strength. Frequent breakdown of broadband, unfair trade practice. Happy? @TRAI @DoT_India @AshwiniVaishnaw? Is this @_DigitalIndia, NarendraDass talking about??” His questions underscore the need for accountability and prompt resolution.

In the face of mounting complaints, Airtel has taken note of the situation. The company’s customer support team is actively engaging with users on social media platforms, acknowledging the disruption and assuring them that they are working to restore services. As the clock ticks, the pressure mounts on Airtel to not only address the current situation but to also implement measures to prevent future recurrences.

The outcry on Twitter has transcended individual complaints, evolving into a collective expression of frustration. Hashtags such as #AirtelOutage and #HyderabadNetworkGlitch are trending, demonstrating the extent to which users are coming together to voice their concerns. Social media platforms have transformed into a forum for solidarity, where users demand accountability and swift solutions.
