Siddipet: One person was killed after a car fell into a well in Siddipet district of Telangana. The man is identified as 50-year-old Yadgiri.
The accident took place in Nacharam area of the district on Monday. The police succeeded in retrieving the car from the well after a struggle of about 6 hours.
Yadgiri and his relatives Kankaya and D. Venkat Swamy were traveling in the car when it lost balance and fell into a roadside well.
Kankaya and Swamy managed to get out of the car by breaking the rear windows of the car. Hearing their screams, a man rescued them both. Yadgiri’s body was found in the car.
