Former Minister and film actor Babu Mohan declared his decision to resign from the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).

Hyderabad: Former Minister and film actor Babu Mohan declared his decision to resign from the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).

Talking to media here on Wednesday, Mohan expressed his dissatisfaction with the state BJP leadership, citing a lack of due priority.

Mohan mentioned his intention to submit the resignation letter to the party high command on Thursday.

He emphasized his commitment to serving the people of Warangal.

Despite questions about his future political affiliation, Babu Mohan stated that he has not yet decided which party to join.

The former Minister contested as an MLA from the Andol constituency in 2023 but faced defeat.

Amid speculation about his expectations for the Warangal MP ticket, the reported refusal by the BJP Party appears to have been the catalyst for Mohan’s decision to separate from the party.
