Former Rajya Sabha member Solipeta Ramachandra Reddy passed away on Tuesday morning at his Banjara Hills residence in Hyderabad.
Hyderabad: Former Rajya Sabha member Solipeta Ramachandra Reddy passed away on Tuesday morning at his Banjara Hills residence in Hyderabad.
He was 92 years old and is survived by his wife, two sons, and a daughter.
Ramachandra Reddy had a successful political career, starting from Sarpanch and eventually becoming an MP.
However, he had been away from politics for some time. He had affiliations with both the Congress and TDP parties.
The family members have announced that the last rites will be held at Mahaprasthan in Filmnagar this evening.
Numerous political leaders expressed their condolences on the demise of Ramachandra Reddy and prayed for his soul to rest in peace.
