GHMC chief inspects fly-over works at Shastripuram

Hyderabad: GHMC Commissioner Ronald Rose, along with MLC Rahmath Baig and MLA Mubeen inspected the ongoing works of flyover at Shasthripuram from Zoo Park to Aaramgarh. Later inspected the low-lying areas of Indiranagar, Hasannagar, here today.
During inspection of flyover works at Zoo Park area where the movement of traffic is very slow due to bottleneck, the Commissioner asked the officials to speed up the land acquisition process and remove the structures to pave way for smooth movement of vehicles. He also inspected the low-lying areas of Indiranagar where the MLC and MLA showed the inundation areas during heavy rains and also works taken up by the irrigation wing of GHMC.
Later, the Commissioner inspected the NPA campus where the diversion of SWD lines has to be taken-up and instructed the engineering officials to take up the works as early as possible.
CCP Rajendra Prasad Baik, Zonal Commissioner Venkanna, Chief Engineer Devanand Deputy Commissioner Ravi Kumar, SE projects Dattupathu, Health, Town Planning and Engineering officials were present during inspection. (NSS)
