According to international media reports, efforts for a ceasefire in Gaza have intensified, and Hamas has responded to the approved proposals for a ceasefire from Qatar and Egypt.

According to the report, Hamas’s first condition is that Israel observes a ceasefire for 135 days, the second is that Israel releases all Palestinian prisoners, the third is that a complete evacuation of Israeli troops from Gaza be ensured, and Israel agrees to a treaty that would make complete cessation of hostilities possible.

On the other hand, during a press conference, Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu rejected Hamas’s ceasefire conditions, saying that a deal with Hamas will only be made after complete control over Gaza.

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken says that the US is making efforts, and if Hamas establishes a ceasefire, progress can be made, the US has increased pressure on Israel for the protection of Palestinians.

According to Times of Israel, Antony Blinken warned Israel that by issuing permits on October 7, Israel cannot use licenses to kill Palestinians as a pretext.

He said that we want tensions between Israel and Lebanon to decrease as well, emphasizing on the US decision to revoke forced Palestinian displacement from Gaza, Antony Blinken clarified that the establishment of a Palestinian state is necessary to ensure peace and security for both Israelis and Palestinians.”
