Harish Rao lashes out at CM Revanth for using foul language

Former minister and BRS party MLA T. Harish Rao today alleged that excessive arrogance, lies, half-truths, uncultured language and ugly attitude were seen in Chief Minister Revanth Reddy during his Sunday’s press meet.

Hyderabad: Former minister and BRS party MLA T. Harish Rao today alleged that excessive arrogance, lies, half-truths, uncultured language and ugly attitude were seen in Chief Minister Revanth Reddy during his Sunday’s press meet.

He said the people of Telangana saw the CM’s atrocious attitude on Sunday and wondered whether a chief minister would be like this.

He said the Chief Minister, who had assured the people that he would not make any more personal attacks in the presence of dignitaries at the felicitation ceremony for the Padma awards on Sunday morning, made personal attacks on former CM KCR in a very despicable manner by the end of the evening.

Rao said that Reddy’s way of speaking and the manner in which he kept the word was both clear and added that CM’s comments on Telangana’s first CM KCR, who achieved Telangana in a despicable manner, was cruel in nature. “No matter how many words you say about the irrigation projects, KCR did not hand them over to the Centre in 10 years. When you came to the government like this, they were handed over. This is a hidden truth no matter how much you hide,” he said.

He alleged that the State government had promised to hand over the projects to KRMB in a month’s time. “Now they are saying that it is not our fault. Aren’t you the one, who agreed to hand over the projects? The second meeting of KRMB was held in Hyderabad on February 1. According to its minutes, it needs the government’s permission to provide powerhouse outlets. If it is not true that the projects have been handed over, then why is there a debate on the validity of employees and their salaries? The State’s interests have been mortgaged. It is not right to run governments on the foundations of lies,” he added. (NSS)
