P Padma has replaced K Bhikshapathi, who was previously SHO Sultan Bazaar, and was recently placed under suspension by the Commissioner following allegations of settling civil disputes.
Hyderabad: Hyderabad city police will get one more woman Station House Officer as P Padma will be in charge of the Sultan Bazaar police station.
After City Police Commissioner CV Anand on Tuesday appointed Inspector P Padma as the SHO of Sultan Bazaar police station, she has become the second woman to be appointed as Station House Officer of any police station in the city. Earlier K Madhulatha was appointed as SHO at Lalaguda in March.
