I will be Chief Minister of Telangana for next 10 years

Hyderabad: Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy said that he would be the Chief Minister of the Telangana State for next ten years.
The Chief Minister handed over appointment letters to newly selected police constables at a programme held in LB Stadium here Wednesday.
Speaking on the occasion, Revanth Reddy ridiculed the statement of former chief minister K Chandrashekar Rao who said that the BRS party will come to power again in Telangana.
“I will see how KCR come to power. My direct challenge to KCR. He will not pluck even a string of my hair,” the Chief Minister said.
He further alleged that former chief minister KCR had never paid attention to the plight of the unemployed youth and the BRS leader should have realised that Telangana people shunted him out of power.
“KCR went to Nalgonda and boasted about himself. He has insulted that people have abandoned the ‘Cow’ and brought a ‘Bull’ to their homes. But KCR should know the facts that people threw out the Mule ( Kanchara Gadida ) and elected a ‘Racehorse’. The racing Horse will win in any race. Power will remain a dream for the Mules. No one will kill the dead snake. The BRS chief’s drama is over and shut down his shop permanently,” Revanth Reddy said.
The Chief Minister alleged that KCR had mortgaged Telangana in the last ten years and did not get a single drop of water to meet the State’s needs.
“KCR has written a death warrant for Telangana with a single signature. He held a meeting in Nalgonda to cover up the misdeeds committed by the previous BRS government at Medigadda barrage,” he pointed out.
Stating that the State Government is putting all efforts to stop the unemployed youth from committing suicides, the Chief Minister said the Congress government has taken the responsibility of solving the unemployed problems soon after coming to the power.
“We are handing over appointment orders to the selected candidates by removing all legal hurdles. Today, 13,444 youth are given the appointment orders. As a brother, I will stand by the unemployed youth. This is the government of youth, people and the poor. The government is moving forward by overcoming all the hurdles created by the previous government,” Revanth Reddy added.
He further stated that drug mafia is a big worrying factor in Telangana and police should root out the drug and ganja mafia.
“It is your responsibility to free Telangana from drug menace and protect the youth,” Revanth Reddy said. (NSS)
