JP Makes Critical Comments on Huzurabad Election

The Ex-IAS officer and founder of Lok Satta Party have said that it was immoral to give money in such a manner instead of spending on improving educational and job opportunities in the state

Hyderabad: The founder of Lok Satta Party Jayaprakash Narayana today made critical comments over the recent by-elections of Huzurabad Assembly constituency.

He said that the politics in the country were gradually degrading. He claimed that the amount of money spent by key political parties in the Huzurabad by-elections was more than the amount of money spent by two political parties in British Parliament elections.

Commenting on Dalith Bandhu scheme, he said that no political party had wasted money in the name of a scheme like Dalith Bandhu.

The Ex-IAS officer and founder of Lok Satta Party have said that it was immoral to give money in such a manner instead of spending on improving educational and job opportunities in the state. He said that the provision of lakhs of rupees of money to people was nothing but misleading them.

Without taking the name of the ruling TRS party, he said that the voters of Huzurabad had not voted for the ruling party even after promising them Rs.10 lakh under the dalith bandhu scheme.

He said that he had learnt about the reports of those who did not vote for the ruling party even after taking Rs.10 lakh from the state government under Dalith Bandhu Scheme.
