Kashmiri students making it big in NEET exam
This year, more than 52 percent of students have qualified the test.
Srinagar: This year pass percentage of NEET qualifiers has increased by nearly 10 percent in Jammu and Kashmir corresponding to the previous year.
According to the news agency Kashmir News Observer, 42.59 percent of students from JK had qualified the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) in 2021. But this year, more than 52 percent of students have qualified the test.
Haziq Parveez Lone, a resident of south Kashmir, has topped the test and bagged 10th rank at the all-India level. Lone, hailing from Trenz Shopian, secured 710 marks out of 720 in open category accounting for a percentile score of 99.9992066. Haziq is the son of a fruit merchant father and a homemaker mother.
Fatima Rashid, daughter of Rashid Wani, of Baramulla, secured first position among girls in Valley by scoring 669/720 in NEET 2022.

Aiman Amin daughter of Mohammed Amin Bhatt residents of Khankahbagh Pampore has come up with flying colours in NEET 2022. She has secured 640 marks out 720.
Basit Nabi Bhatt son of Ghulam Nabi, resident of Konibal Pampore has scored 626 in NEET UG.
