KTR assures to solve issue as demanded by IIIT Basar students

He said, kindly be assured that we are committed to resolving any challenges with respect to improving the quality of education. 

Hyderabad: Minister for Municipal Administration and Urban Development, IT and Industries, K.Tarak Rama Rao responding to a tweet on issues in Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge and Technologies (RGUKT) – Basar, said that “will take all the issues mentioned in the notice to Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao and Education Minister Sabitha Indra Reddy.” 

He said, “kindly be assured that we are committed to resolving any challenges with respect to improving the quality of education.” 

It is to mention here that around 8,000 students boycotted classes and launched an indefinite protest alleging poor amenities in the varsity yesterday.  

The students were demanding for the regular appointment of the Vice Chancellor, besides resolving basic facilities such as cots, uniforms, laptops, drinking water etc.
