Overseas Scholarship: Applications to be Submitted before this Date
District Officer of the Minority Welfare Department, Hyderabad, Muhammad Ilyas Ahmed, stated in a press release that, according to the directives of the Secretary and Commissioner of the Minority Welfare Department, Telangana, the state has introduced the Chief Minister's Overseas Scholarship for Minorities.
Hyderabad: District Officer of the Minority Welfare Department, Hyderabad, Muhammad Ilyas Ahmed, stated in a press release that, according to the directives of the Secretary and Commissioner of the Minority Welfare Department, Telangana, the state has introduced the Chief Minister’s Overseas Scholarship for Minorities.
This scholarship is aimed at students belonging to minority communities affiliated with the state of Telangana who wish to pursue postgraduate and Ph.D. studies in foreign countries such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, Singapore, Germany, South Korea, Japan, France, and New Zealand.
Under this scholarship, selected students will receive financial assistance of up to 20 lakh rupees to pursue higher education. Details of the announcement and the application process can be found on the website https://telanganaepass.cgg.gov.in.
Applications for the year 2023 should be submitted from February 20 to March 20, 2024. Eligible and interested students are urged to submit their applications online through the aforementioned website by March 20.
After submitting the online application form, applicants should print copies of all the online certificates and submit them along with the application to the Minority Welfare Department office in Hyderabad, 6th floor, Room No. 603, Haj House, Nampally, before the aforementioned deadline during office hours.
