During his visit to Telangana, Sanjay Jaju, who recently assumed the role of Secretary, Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, conducted a comprehensive review of the activities and operations of various media units of the ministry in Telangana at PIB Hyderabad, CGO Towers. The heads of all media units participated in the thorough review meeting, a statement said on Saturday.
In addition to the review, Sanjay Jaju actively participated in the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra (Urban)-2nd Phase at Gokulnagar, Bazarghat Nampally division.
He unveiled Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) materials from the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, providing details about various Central government schemes.
The Secretary also visited various central government stalls at the event, interacting with beneficiaries of various schemes.
The ongoing second phase of the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra in Telangana aims to enlighten and empower citizens about the extensive range of welfare schemes available to them.
The initiative has garnered significant interest and active participation from the public, highlighting its pivotal role in promoting social welfare and inclusivity.
