Jangaon (Telangana): Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao (KCR) raised questions about the impact of Congress’s 50-year rule.

During an election meeting titled “Praja Aashirvaad Sabha” held in Thorrur, Jangaon district on Tuesday, KCR expressed concern about the maturity of the country’s democracy even after 75 years of Independence and urged voters to consider the party’s history before casting their votes.

KCR emphasized the birth of BRS for Telangana and urged voters to think wisely before making their choices. Reflecting on the transformation of Palakurthi over the past decade, he highlighted the influx of people into Telangana from other regions, contrasting it with the migration patterns before the formation of the state.

The Chief Minister touted the state government’s achievements, including providing irrigation facilities to 1.30 lakh acres in Palakurthy assembly Constituency. He dismissed Congress’s claim on Rythu Bandhu as a wasteful program. Criticizing Congress for its stance on power supply and support, KCR asserted that BRS had effectively resolved the power problem after assuming power.

At an election meeting in Holia, Nagarjunasagar Assembly constituency, CM KCR continued his criticism of Congress, questioning their lack of support and confidence-building measures for the people. He urged voters to consider the track record of parties in power and emphasized the importance of making informed decisions in a democracy.

KCR endorsed the youth BRS candidate for the Nagarjuna Sagar Constituency, highlighting his humble background and commitment to public service. Encouraging voters to engage in discussions in their communities, KCR expressed confidence in the candidate’s ability to bring about positive change.

He assured voters that development is a top priority for the BRS government.
