Telangana Legislative Assembly budget session enters 5th Day

The Telangana Legislative Assembly budget session entered its fifth day on Tuesday, commencing at 1000 hours.

Hyderabad: The Telangana Legislative Assembly budget session entered its fifth day on Tuesday, commencing at 1000 hours.

A discussion on the vote on the account budget is scheduled for the day. However, Congress MLAs have decided to postpone the debate and embark on a visit to Medigadda.

The government plans to leave the assembly for Medigadda soon after the start of the session. Irrigation Minister Uttam Kumar Reddy extended an invitation to all members for a field visit to Medigadda.

CM Revanth Reddy, ministers, MLAs, and MLCs will be transported to Medigadda in specially arranged buses by the government.

Meanwhile, the opposition BRS party will organise a public meeting in Nalgonda on Tuesday to protest against the government’s decision to hand over Krishna River projects to KRMB.
