Telangana: Two killed, one injured as car collides with stationary truck
Two people, including a mother and son, were killed and another was seriously injured when a car in which they were travelling collided with a stationary truck on the National Highway near Kothagattu village of Sankarapatnam Mandal in this district during wee hours on Wednesday.
Karimnagar: Two people, including a mother and son, were killed and another was seriously injured when a car in which they were travelling collided with a stationary truck on the National Highway near Kothagattu village of Sankarapatnam Mandal in this district during wee hours on Wednesday.
The accident occurred when the occupants of the car were proceeding to Karimnagar from Huzurabad, police said.
The injured person was admitted to Huzurabad Area Hospital for treatment.
The deceased were identified as Komuramma (65) and Prabhakar (59). A case has been registered, and an investigation is underway, police added.
