Hyderabad: Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao today interacted with the farmers at Pebbair near Wanaparthy. The Chief Minister spoke to some of the farmers in the farm fields near the highway. KCR sought to know about the crops being sown, cultivation practices and present season to cultivate the crops.

The state government is fighting the Centre on the paddy row and boiled rice to be procured by FCI as per existing procedures. It may be said here that the TRS MPs have been staging protests in the parliament on the same issue.

The CM consoled the MLA on the demise of his father Venkatram Reddy and offered floral tributes to the departed soul. KCR extended sympathies to the bereaved family members. Ministers Niranjan Reddy, Sriniavas Goud and MLAs were present in the CM convoy.
