Dr. Kareem elected President of MANUU Housing Society
According to Prof. Mohammed Abdul Azeem, Election Officer, other elected office bearers include Mr. Mohammed Mujahid Ali, Vice-President; Dr. Syed Hammad Hashmi, Joint Secretary; and; Mr. M A Nawaz, Treasurer.
Hyderabad: Maulana Azad National Urdu University Employees’ Mutually Aided Cooperative Housing Society elections were held on December 23, 2021 and results announced today.
Dr. Md. Kareem has been elected as President.
According to Prof. Mohammed Abdul Azeem, Election Officer, other elected office bearers include Mr. Mohammed Mujahid Ali, Vice-President; Dr. Syed Hammad Hashmi, Joint Secretary; and; Mr. M A Nawaz, Treasurer.
Dr. K M Ziyauddin was elected unopposed as Secretary.
Mr. Md. Fasihuddin, Mr. Jameel Ahamed, Dr. Ayesha Siddiqua, Mr. Abdul Haseeb, Mr. B. Bikshapathi and Mr. Syed Yousuf Razvi are elected as the directors. Newly elected office bearers will have a tenure of 3 years.
Prof. Syed Ainul Hasan, Vice-Chancellor, Prof. S M Rahmatullah, Pro Vice-Chancellor and Prof. Siddiqui Mohd Mahmood, Registrar I/c have congratulated the newly elected office bearers. Dr. Shabana Kesar, Dr. B.L. Meena, Dr. Muqeem Ahmed were the Assistant Election Officers. Members from all campuses of MANUU voted in great numbers.
