Field Trip for PDA members of Aga Khan Social Welfare Board
It was a free event, no charges were collected from the PDA members. Refreshments were also served to them.
Hyderabad: Aga Khan Social Welfare Board for Southern India, Person’s with Different Abilities (PDA) portfolio in-charge Ms. Sairoz Panjwani organised field trip for the members.
Persons with different abilities are people with mental, physical or other health conditions. Sometimes they are deprived of the pleasure of enjoying a normal life. They must be encouraged to face the life boldly.
This initiative for the field trip was taken to make them feel relax and fresh.
It was a free event, no charges were collected from the PDA members. Refreshments were also served to them.
They have successfully completed the field trip on 12th November for more than 50 PDA members. Tour started at 4 P.M. from Chirag Ali Lane Centre, Kompally Centre, Happy Home Centre & Secunderabad Centre.
All the PDA members were transported in buses & cars with the help of volunteers. During the trip The Aga Khan Academy, Hyderabad Airport, Durgam Cheruvu – Cable Bridge and Inorbit Mall were the visits which were completed during the day.
Due to the pandemic, they were in-house for a long time. This is the first time they came out for this event. They should get this kind of opportunities to sharpen their skills and bring out the hidden talents.
