HC notice to KCR on allotment of precious land to TRS office at Banjara Hills

According to the details, land allotments were made for TRS offices in Banjara Hills and in several districts of the State. 

Hyderabad: The High Court of Telangana has issued notices to the Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao, TRS party Secretary Srinivas Reddy, Chief Secretary Somesh Kumar, Hyderabad District Collector and other senior official of the CCLA asking them to file the counter within 4 weeks on the allotment of precious land at Banjara Hills for the TRS office at a nominal rate of Rs. 100 per square yard. 

According to the details, land allotments were made for TRS offices in Banjara Hills and in several districts of the State. 

As part of this, 4935 square yards were allocated in the Banjara Hills for the Hyderabad office. The High Court took up the hearing on the petition filed by a retired employee Maheshwar Raj who has brought to the notice of the High Court as the most valuable land was allotted for just Rs. 100 per sq. yard.

A petition has been filed to this effect in this context in the High Court and after hearing the petition notices issued.
