Hyderabad Will Be Renamed Within 30 Minutes of BJP Assuming Power: Biswa Sarma

Hyderabad: In a recent development, Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma declared that the city of Hyderabad will undergo a name change to Bhagyanagar within just 30 minutes of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) assuming power in Telangana. This announcement was made during a party campaign rally in Charminar.

During the rally, Sarma reflected on the achievements of the BJP, citing the successful construction of the Ram Mandir and the government’s resolute response to terrorism through surgical strikes.

In a move directed at the Congress and AIMIM, Sarma criticized their stance on the Israel-Hamas conflict. He urged those supporting Palestine, particularly AIMIM, to actively engage in the cause by going there and fighting for it. Notably, he faulted Congress MPs Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi for their silence on the activities of Hamas.

Emphasizing Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s commitment to the creation of a Palestinian state, Sarma asserted that this vision could not materialize as long as terrorist organizations like Hamas persisted. He condemned the actions of Hamas and highlighted Modi’s support for a peaceful resolution in the Israel-Palestine conflict.
